With over 12 years experience as a Personal Fitness Trainer and Dietary Consultant, Rachelle has trained both men and women, young and old, including those with special needs, in helping them heal and meet their individual goals to overall health and well being. Including working together as a dietary consultant to help meet nutritional goals.

Training in a Private Studio

Training is in a private gym with all the modern Body Master machines, free weights, and other equipment including bands, stability balls, ropes, medicine balls, BOSU, Reebok Step. The gym also has cardio equipment including treadmill, elliptical, rowing machine, for your best optimal workout.

Offerings include group classes, individual private sessions, friend sessions, and use of a private facility on your own. Please call or email for times and rates.

Rachelle is certified as a Certified Personal Trainer by the National Association of Sports Medicine and as a Personal Fitness Trainer by The Cooper Institute. Additionally, she is certified in Dietary Consulting and the Biometrics of Resistance Training by The Cooper Institute. She is also certified by Nautilus/Schwinn as a Cycling Coach, as well as certified with American Red Cross for CPR.
